Thank you for choosing Susu The Storyteller. Because our offerings include live performances, custom storytelling projects, and digital products, our refund policy is outlined below.
Storytelling Events & Live Bookings
Cancellations by Client:
- 14+ Days Notice: Eligible for a [Insert %, e.g., 80%] refund or full reschedule credit.
- Less than 14 Days Notice: Non-refundable, but booking may be transferred to a new date subject to availability.
- Cancellations by Susu The Storyteller: If an event or booking is canceled on our end due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund or a full reschedule.
Digital Goods & Custom Story Work
- Digital Products (E-books, downloadable audio, etc.): All sales of downloadable or digital goods are final and non-refundable once delivered.
- Custom Writing / Commissioned Stories: Deposits or fees paid for custom storytelling projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.
